To be a disciple means to be a follower. To be a Christian disciple, specifically, means to be a follower of Jesus Christ. So, in its simplicist definition, Christian or Biblical discipleship means to help others follow Jesus.  Our Discipleship Groups are composed of our BCM leaders who desire to help students follow Jesus through scripture, prayer and accountability.  We want to cultivate authentic relationships that do spiritual good.  If you’re interested in joining a group, please contact the BCM director or a student leader, using their contact info on the home page.

The Kentucky Baptist Campus Ministry (BCM) is a ministry established by Kentucky Baptist churches to reach students on university campuses with the gospel of Jesus Christ, connect them to a local church, and strengthen their walk with Christ.

Our aim is to plant Baptist Campus Ministry (BCM) on every campus in Kentucky to help the churches of the Kentucky Baptist Convention reach Kentucky and the world for Christ.

The BCM is not a church, nor does the BCM desire to take the place of the local church in a student's life. We are a ministry of the church and desire to help connect students to a local church, and churches and associations to the college campus.
