Xavier serves as our Interim Campus Minister here at Kentucky State and  is serving as a pastoral apprentice for Forest Baptist Church in Louisville. He is nearly finished with his Masters of Divinity degree at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Xavier has served college students with the Baptist Student Ministry and as an Intern for Coggin Avenue Baptist, Brownwood, Texas during his time at Howard Payne University.

Xavier and his wife Jasmine have been married for four years. They have one daughter, Josilee, who is two years old.

For almost 40 years Jerry served with the Georgia Baptist Mission Board as a Baptist Campus Minister, most recently at the University of Georgia Baptist Campus Ministry. 

Currently, in addition to Kentucky State, he serves in a  part-time role as the Baptist Campus Missionary at Transylvania University with Kentucky Baptists and the Central Kentucky Network of Baptists. 

Jerry and his wife Leslie have one son, Daniel (Daniel is the senior campus minister at the Baptist Campus Ministry at the University of Kentucky). Daniel is married to Sarah, a local pharmacist.  They have one son, Caleb, who is a year old.
